"The collection is inspired by both the old Italian fresco's, as well as the work from the Dutch masters of the art period called De Stijl, as that is my own heritage. The wallpapers are a 'marriage' between Italian and Dutch history. With the feel of handprinted versus digital print, these wallpapers are a modern version of the fresco's found in Italian palaces and homes. The name Blush for this collection, is a synonym for the used watercolor technique to create them. The light brushstrokes of the watercolor creates a soft set of colors, like a Blush."
