Raw Color

Raw Color was founded by designers Christoph Brach and Daniera ter Haar. The studio’s work reflects a sophisticated approach to materials, blending the fields of graphic design, photography, and product design. This is embodied through research and experimentation, shaping a distinct visual language.

Together with their team, they work from their Eindhoven-based studio on both self-initiated and commissioned projects. Driven by curiosity, they continuously question the meaning behind the subjects they explore. Within these explorations, the materialization of color plays a key role and can be considered the heart of the studio.

Their projects are primarily commissioned by the cultural and design sectors.

LUCENT I

Various patterns where overlapping colour blocks create new shades thanks to the intervention of light. Using the rectangle shapes in combination with transparencies, creates extra depth and colour layers within the print. The shapes can be used in pairs or duplicated to overlap, in this way it creates a new variation of the print.

LINUS

Linus reproduces the dusty and imperfect lines of chalk pastels. It is the experimental processing of handmade traces and signs reproduced on all-over prints, combining colour, thickness, and composition to create intuitive patterns.
